Delivery Information

How much does delivery cost?

To keep things simple, we include the price of postage in all our online prices, so there is no additional delivery charge to worry about when you reach the shopping basket.

Where does Blood Pressure UK deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

How do I know my order has been sent out (dispatched)?

If you order online, you will receive an email confirmation from us to let you know when we have sent out your order.

How soon after making my order will my goods arrive?

We estimate your order should arrive within 7-10 working days.

We send out blood pressure monitors and weighing scales by Royal Mail Recorded delivery (2nd Class). Items such as DVDs and books are sent out by Royal Mail (2nd Class).

Please note, however, that delivery dates are estimated and sometimes there may be delays out of our control. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas or if there are severe weather conditions (such as heavy snow or flooding).

A signature will be required upon delivery of blood pressure monitors and scales. If no-one is at the address to sign for the delivery, it will be taken to the nearest sorting office/collection point and a note should be put through the door.

If your delivery does not arrive within 7 working days of you receiving our dispatch confirmation email, please contact us so that we can make enquiries. If the delivery has still not been made after 28 days, Royal Mail will regard it as lost and we will replace or refund the order. Blood Pressure UK cannot be held responsible for any costs arising as a result of the delay/loss of delivery.

Is a signature required?

Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, a card with details of what you need to do should be posted through the door.

What if I need my order the next day?

Sorry, we are unable to offer a next day delivery service.

Can I have my goods sent to a different delivery address ?

Yes, when you go to the checkout, you will be asked for your billing address. If you want to have the goods delivered to a different address, tick the ' Separate Shipping Address' button. For security reasons, the billing address MUST be the same as your registered credit card address. You should also provide us with a means of communication (telephone or e-mail) in case we need to contact you.
